1 Definitions & Applicability

2 Account Registration & Verification

To open an account on Jolibet, you must complete the registration form with accurate and complete information. Jolibet reserves the right to close any account where false or incorrect details are provided, and no balance will be refunded in such cases.

The following details must be provided accurately at the time of registration:

• Full Name (as shown on National ID)
• Date of birth (must be 18 or older)
• Valid mobile number (bKash/Nagad number)
• Active email address
• Current Address

Jolibet follows a KYC (Know Your Customer) policy. You may be asked to submit identity documents, proof of address, or payment method verification at any time. Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete.

3 Age Restriction & Eligibility

Jolibet's services are strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. Any account opened or bets placed by someone under 18 will be considered a serious breach of these terms.

The following individuals are also ineligible to use Jolibet:

• Those on the Self-Exclusion list
• Anyone permanently banned by Jolibet
• Residents of countries or regions where online betting is prohibited by law

5 General Betting Rules

Before placing bets on Jolibet, please read the specific rules for each market. The general betting rules are as follows:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled
• Pre-match bets are automatically closed before the match begins
• Odds in Live Betting may change at any time
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the stake will be refunded
• If a bet is accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error, Jolibet reserves the right to void that bet
• The maximum bet amount per event is determined by the market

Jolibet is committed to fair play. If any member attempts to exploit bugs or system vulnerabilities for unfair advantage, the relevant bets will be voided and the account may be suspended.

6 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

Jolibet offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and special promotional offers from time to time. Each bonus has its own terms, which are detailed on the bonus page.

General terms applicable to all bonuses:

• Each bonus comes with specific wagering requirements (usually 5x–30x)
• Wagering requirements must be completed before withdrawing bonus funds

• Money laundering or any transaction involving illegal funds
• Using automated bots or software to gain a betting advantage
• Attempting unauthorized access to another member's account
• Exploiting system bugs or technical errors

8 Account Suspension & Closure Policy

Jolibet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• For any breach of these terms and conditions
• If KYC verification fails or fraudulent documents are submitted
• If an account remains inactive for an extended period (over 12 months)
• At the member's own request
• By court order or direction of a legal authority

For inactive accounts, a monthly maintenance fee may be charged after 12 months of inactivity. If a valid balance remains at the time of account closure and all wagering requirements have been met, a refund process will be initiated.

9 Responsible Betting
